Shipping policy

Shipping within Australia only.

We base our shipping costs by weight due to a rise in parcel costs. 

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Please allow up to 7-10 days during busier periods such as Christmas.

We exclusively use Australia Post to ship your orders as we do not have access to a reliable courier network as we are remote.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information via Australia Post and it will arrive within 10 business days. If you have not received your order during this time, please email scentstatusco@outlook.com

Please ensure you have entered your shipping address correctly, as additional shipping charges for a redelivery will be charged.
